Kanta Enterprise International (KEI) is a Thai-based company with international real estate interests expanding three continents, Asia, North America and Europe. Established in 1995by H.E. Dr. Kantathi Suphamongkhon to professionally manage his family’s diverse real estate holdings and interests, the company has its roots in Thailand but is truly global in outlook.

 


Approach
Since the 1980s, the Owner along with strategic partners were one of the first to develop luxury condominiums : Kanta Mansion, Ruamsuk and Promsuk and office buildings: Sirinrat, Manorom on prime urban Bangkok real estate: - Sukhumvit soi 26 and Rama IV. In the past 10 years, the Owner’s affiliated family companies have either leased to or developed new retail projects: Carrefour, now Big C-Extra , K-Village and A-Square.

The prime locations, the high-quality construction of the buildings and the company’s conservative management and financial policy have protected the group from any adverse effects of the Asian economic crisis in 1997 and the international financial crisis in 2008.

Property Development

Kanta Gardens, a housing estate of 23 homes was developed in 1996 in Baan Chang, Rayong on the Eastern Seaboard to tap into the expatriate community working in the nearby industrial estates. In the past 10 years, the Owner’s affiliated family companies have either leased to or developed new retail projects in Bangkok: Carrefour, now Big C-Extra; K-Village and A-Square.

We also act as a respected and fair landlord to Thai companies and world- leading enterprises as well as individual tenants based in Thailand. The prime locations, the high-quality construction of the buildings and the company’s conservative management and financial policy have protected the group from any adverse effects of the Asian economic crisis in 1997 and the international financial crisis in 2008.
